All prices being quoted in this site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$) only and subjected to Government Service Tax (GST); if any.
Festive Seasons (Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas & Lunar New Year) - Due to festive seasons, there will be some delay in the delivery process of the festive hampers. Delivery timeframe for Hari Raya and Deepavali will be 2-3 working days from the day of payment received by us. Delivery timeframe for Christmas and Lunar New Year will be between 2-4 working days from the day of payment received by us. Please refer to CNY delivery schedule for more detail.
Customer Privacy Policy
At laurel.sg, we strongly respect your privacy. We will not disclose your information that are required for placing order, billing instructions, delivery information, to any third party as measures to secure these information are in place. We may however send you an email at times to inform you of any upcoming occasions or promotions. If you do not wish to receive such information, you may send us an email to unsubscribe. We reserves the rights to amend the privacy policy at any point of time.

Confirmation of Order(s) Policy
Orders placed online will be confirmed and only executed with the full payment, according to the actual value of the order. You will receive an online successful payment send to your email registered with us when we confirm the order placed. Cancellation(s) made 24hrs or more before the delivery time will be charged 10% of the Selling Price of the Products. Cancellation(s) made less than 24hrs before the delivery time will be charged 50% of the Selling Price of the Products. No cancellation will be allowed once the delivery was attempted.
Delivery Policy
Currently, we are providing delivery in Singapore only. Not including Jurong Isand and Off-shore Islands of Singapore. For products that does not include FREE DELIVERY, we offer delivery to most parts of Singapore with a delivery fee of SGD$10-$15 per location.
An additional surcharge applies for orders sending to (Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa and Tuas, a delivery surcharge of SGD$10 will be imposed) and (Restricted areas such as Airports, Changi Cargo Complex, PSA Ports, Military Camps and other restricted area, a delivery surcharge of SGD$20 will be imposed). We do not deliver to Jurong Island and Offshore Island. For our Express 2, 3 or 4 hours Delivery, a nominal fee of SGD$30 to SGD$100 will be levied upon our acceptance of the order placed. For our After Delivery Hours Delivery, a nominal fee of SGD$100 will be levied upon our acceptance of the order placed. All delivery Area Surcharge(s) shall be charged separately with the Special Delivery Arrangement Charge(s). All Delivery Area Surcharge(s) / Special Delivery Arrangement Charge(s), if any, has to be paid before the delivery of the goods. After placing orders, our Customer Service Officer will contact you to assist in processing the additional surcharge and/or charges if it is paid yet.
The recipient’s address must be correct, accurate and up to date at point of delivery and there must be someone to receive the goods delivered, otherwise your order placed will be cancelled with no refund allowed or a re-delivery charge of $15 will apply. In the event that the customer do not want to redeliver the goods, the customer may make an appointment with our staff to self collect the failed delivery goods at our office. Goods sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For order(s) that need to be redirected after the first delivery is made, an additional top up of $15 delivery charge will be levied. Thus for this reason, it is important for the information provided by you for the delivery to be correct, accurate and up to date.
We will do our utmost to have all the orders delivered to the recipients personally. During our attempt to make the delivery, should the recipient is not available, if deemed safe to do so, we will either leave the goods to the other person present at the correct address that is provided by the customer or pass it to the neighbour with approval/request from recipient/sender. For places such as hotels, hospital and etc, which do not allow delivery to be made directly to rooms/wards due to safety or health regulations, we will then deliver the goods to the reception.
Our stated cut off time for deliveries are only as guidelines but we will try our utmost to keep to the timing provided closely. However we may from time to time alter the timing so as to be able to adjust to the business situations that may arise(s). We would like to strongly encourage you to make your order(s) early so as to be able to secure a timely delivery.
However, in some occasion that we are unable to do so due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we shall not be liable for any claims that may arise(s) from such situations.
Guarantee
All the goods are guaranteed to be fresh / in good conditions / in good order, at the point of time of our first delivery attempt.
Substitution
We reserves the rights to substitute any products used with another product(s) either equivalent or higher in value, at the same time maintain the value of the order placed. All the products used are subjected to availability. We reserve the rights to replace, update or even discontinue the products without any prior notice.
Warranty
Services rendered / Goods sold, are for its intended purpose(s) only. For warranty coverage, please refer to the terms set by manufacturers or if otherwise stated. For strict vegetarian, do check on the ingredients of the product before consuming or contact the manufacturers if in doubt.
Our Rights
We reserves the rights not to accept any order(s) based on management’s discretion. We may at any point of time, alter, remove the terms of the special offers and promotions or even withdraw the special offers and promotions without any prior notice.

Special Offer and Promotion
Member discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotional or store-wide discounted items. We may alter the terms of the special offers and promotions, or withdraw them altogether, at any point of time and without any prior notice given.
Items that are offered with a free gift are often made available due to the availability of the free gift. These free gift are subject to while stock last basis and thus, should a situation arise when they are omitted from an order, we reserve the right to offer an alternative at our discretion or may not offer any replacement.
Harsh Remarks
We reserves the right to cancel the order if there is any unreasonable request, hurtful speech or intiminating words/sentence which cause a threat or mental distress to our staff.
